Meat rolls
With preparations for the family celebration almost didn't leave a loved one without dinner ))) Buying groceries, I even somehow passed meat, the husband came back and tearfully asked him not to leave him shpake ))) Meat rolls stuffed with vegetables and bacon, stewed in pomegranate-beer sauce. Turned out very tasty, do not require heavy cost in time, dinner. The meat is very juicy and tender, unusual sauce that will impress even the most conservative people in the food.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    4 piece

  • Bacon

    1 pack

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Oregano

  • Marjoram

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Concentrate

    1 Tbsp

  • Beer

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Beans

The slices of meat slightly discourage, salt, pepper, sprinkle of dried Basil and oregano, RUB a little mustard and put into the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for 3-4 hours to leave.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until soft, cool slightly. Onion then grate the carrots on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic, add the chopped herbs, season with spices (marjoram, paprika, Basil, oregano, salt, pepper).
