Wild duck with lentils
I've already talked about how us friend hunter shared ducks. One recipe was posted a week ago. Finally came the turn of the second, also very delicious.

Ingredients

  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

Pour in a pot of water, put the duck, bring to the boil and simmer for one hour. Do not salt!
