The black currant jam
Light, delicate, alive jam due to fast food and the original recipe my friend. The berries, once with Bush, juicy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Black currants

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

Currants wash, drier. Put in enamel container, set on fire. Berries begin to burst, releasing the juice , stir, do not allow to boil "white key". Add the sugar as dissolved, bring the jam "to a white key" and put in sterilized jars. Flip the jars, cover with a towel. Ready jam remove. Bon appetit.
