I like to simplify the cooking, but to preserve taste. If you like this sauce, its recipe don't even have to record it so easy to remember.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Vinegar

The chili peppers put in a Cup and pour boiling water just to cover the peppers. Cover with saucer and let stand until cool.

Bell peppers remove seeds and stalks, rinse. Garlic clean. Put it all in the blender, put there nastoenie chili pepper with water. Grind.

Grind the pepper mixture into a saucepan, add the vinegar, vegetable oil, salt to taste, put a Bay leaf and then on low heat to evaporate excess liquid - about 20-30 minutes. The simmering time can vary depending on desired consistency.

If you want to roll up a cheese sauce for the winter, pour it in hot pasteurized in jars and preserve. The rest lay in a glass container and store in the refrigerator.
