Carp, baked in a mayonnaise-mustard sauce
Very tender and juicy fish. Very easy to prepare and turns out delicious! Delicious in hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Dill

Mix the mayonnaise with mustard.

Mix well.

The fish ( I carp) salt, smeared with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard, sprinkled dry dill, I put each fish with 2 lemon slices.

The form greased with vegetable oil, put the fish. Put in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
