Cooking
Dried mushrooms I have in-store. They need to be soaked in water for 1 hour, and then pour 1 liter of clean water and cook for 1,5-2 hours.
Remove mushrooms, let cool, cut into strips. In the same boiling water throw in fresh mushrooms (or frozen). Also take out, let cool and cut into strips.
The resulting broth, strain and add pure water to obtain 1 liter.
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter until soft.
To fried onion add the tomato paste. If I ever use tomato paste, I always add sugar. Even in the hodgepodge))
Simmer the onion with the tomato.
Salted and pickled mushrooms and pickles we scald with boiling water and again cut into strips. If cucumbers are large and the skins they have a rough, it is better to cut.
In a boiling broth add onion, tomato, salted and pickled mushrooms and pickles. Within 15 minutes this should cook. Then add the remaining mushrooms and capers. Cook for another 5min. Cover with a lid, give it brew for.
