This is a recipe from my childhood! Such a stew we were cooking with my grandmother in the village. The recipe is very simple, but so delicious!

Mayonnaise

Cooking
Peel the radish, grate it on a coarse grater.
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, grate on a coarse grater (you can pound).
Finely chop the onion and herbs, mix all the ingredients.
Put it on plates, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, pour kvass.
