In many Slavic countries the carp is considered a symbol of happiness, wealth and prosperity, so since carp is prepared on all important festivals. Due to the fact that carp are common throughout the world it is associated with many superstitions and legends and almost all of them boil down to the fact that he embodies the true masculine qualities of perseverance and strength. Oddly enough, in Italy, meals out of carp is considered to be the food of lovers, and the Chinese New year are decorated with images of carp from their homes. For our family, baked carp stuffed with onions - is also a traditional dish, the recipe is not complicated and at the same time guaranteeing an excellent result. Due to the fact that carp baked with onions, it becomes very juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Carp

  • Potatoes

  • Brussels sprouts

    100 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

  • Onion

First of all, the fish need to clean off the scales, remove the gills and gently gut. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour over sauce -marinade. Leave for 10 mins.
