Blueberry smoothie with sprouted wheat
We recently stood such intense heat, what kind of food I wanted something light, refreshing and low in calories. Such parameters correspond to smoothies. Offer you one of the variants of this drink.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Blueberries

    40 g

  • Wheat

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

From this minimum the products we prepare delicious, light, refreshing, healthy and hearty smoothie.

Into the processor put the first germinated grains of wheat and just a couple of seconds, turn on the blender.

Then add the blueberries (or any berry desired), sugar and lightly mix in a processor. Then add the milk and beat into a soft mousse all within 1 minute (sorry forgot to take a picture of this step)

All our smoothie is ready! When serving, add ice, and enjoy the benefits and taste of this wonderful beverage!
