Description
The same marinade I make for beef. Today I have hearts, baked in a sleeve, and yesterday I had them pickled, but for more details go to recipe!

Cooking
Hello!!! The recipe is simple, but as always, there is a small trick easier, so I don't criticize, at least read the recipe and then decide it is worth trying or not. So... I did not take the concentrated tomato paste and add to it a spoonful of vegetable oil + vinegar + finely chopped garlic + a tablespoon of spices for barbecue + salt + finely chopped hot pepper (to taste). If the cream is sour, a little sugar and salt to taste.
Now I add boiled water (dilute the sauce to the consistency of tomato juice and heated the sauce, it needs to be hot but should not boil). Pre-rinse the hearts. (If I take the beef, then cut it into thin long strips). And cover with the sauce. Well, now let's leave for a few hours to marinate. If You leave for the night, then first cool down to room temperature and then store in the refrigerator.
I roasted the hearts in the sleeve, on skewers. You can just put in a dish and send in the oven, you can simmer them in the marinade. In General, further to Your taste. Hope You like it. Thank you for your attention. Bon appetit!!!
