Meat Zürich
Don't know if in Zurich cook the meat in this recipe, but under this name he became known to me. Tender, tasty, fragrant. For this recipe, you can cook almost any meat (beef, veal, pork), as long as it was not greasy.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Cooking

Fry in vegetable oil onion.

Add to it chopped pretty small pieces of meat, fry.

Spread the mushrooms, stir, cover with a lid, put it to stew for 20 minutes.

Add the cream and sour cream, stir.

After 10 minutes, the molded part of the sauce, slightly cooled, stir into it a tablespoon of flour (ideally pre-dry it on a dry pan until Golden), then pour this mixture back into the pan with the meat. All mix, add seasoning (I used special meat), salt to taste.
