Delicious buns
Think scones with raisins, no one was surprised.. But I still try to do it! Scones are so simple to prepare, but it is so versatile... after Reading the recipe, there is no doubt that it will be very tasty! Take my word for it! I invite you to tea!

So, preparation should begin in advance, starting from when you want to bake buns! Because the oven I was going in the morning, making the start in the evening of the previous day. The raisins must be washed. Sugar and water in a saucepan, cook the syrup. I.e., stirring occasionally, heat until the sugar is dissolved. About 30-50 ml. of the resulting syrup need to pee in another Cup and add a pinch of vanilla. Tomorrow, this vanilla syrup, we put some hot cross buns. It must go in the fridge.

In remaining hot syrup (about 100 ml), pour washed raisins and add brandy (2 tbsp). Cover with a lid and leave overnight in the room. In the morning it must be filtered.

By the way, the cream can be prepared in advance, it is necessary to cover, after complete cooling, plastic wrap to touch the cream and clean under the lid, in the refrigerator. Yolks (4 pieces) whisk with sugar (60 gr.) about 3 mins you Should get a delicious, creamy mass. It is better to do it in a small saucepan.

Add softened butter and beat again. Then add the milk and vanilla. I added vanilla because I have vanilla custard (you can substitute flour). Thus, finally add the cream (or flour) and whisk until smooth.

Put the saucepan over a medium heat and stirring constantly bring the cream until thick and "first bubbles of a boil"! Turn off the heat! Don't forget that you need to constantly stir otherwise it will burn.

Until the cream cools down, you need to defrost the dough. When the dough is soft, roll out strictly in one direction, is about 1.5 times larger than the original plate, i.e., not very thin. Seen in the photo.

Then, the first plate abundantly greased with half of the cream and spread on the cream and half of the raisins.

From the long side gently roll everything NOT dense (!) roll!

Take a sharp knife and begin to slice the rolls about 1.2-1.5 cm thick, laying on a baking tray with baking paper. Of course, a little earth will fall out when cutting, it can be assembled with a knife and put on top of the muffin. With one roll I got 14 muffins. Ie two plates of the test will 28 delicious rolls. If you do a lot, like that put them in the freezer. After they freeze, put them in packages, just as there to not stick together while defrosting. Well, and accordingly, when you want to eat - get and bake! Left to cook just a little syrup.

In front of the oven grease the muffin egg or the yolk and in this, not very accurate look, we send them in advance (!) a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 min. To a small it will turn brown.
