Puff pies for the picnic
Picnic pies with different toppings on homemade puff pastry. Always popular with adults and children. And the fresh air are the pies are particularly tasty. Before, I avoided to make my own puff pastry, after I made the dough for this recipe, flaky homemade pies I make often.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Of these components start with a soft, elastic dough. Lemon juice added to the batter be sure, it helps the dough flaky. Leave to rest for 20 minutes covered with a towel or film.
