Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    200 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To chop the cabbage. Season with salt, add the sugar and gently mash it.

Cucumbers and radishes cut into thin wedges.

Onion – rings.

Mix all ingredients and season with oil and lemon juice.
