Raw vegetables: carrots, potatoes, beets cut into cubes, placed in bowl-pan (for oven), add salt to taste, cover with a lid or saucer and put in the microwave for 10 min, the largest capacity (I have 900). After 10 minutes, open and stir. Try how ready and add time if you need another 5-10 minutes. When cooked, allow to cool, add diced cucumber, onion, optional green beans boiled or canned peas, sauerkraut. In General, as usual for salad. I'm always prepared in 1.3 l glass bowl, 10 min., and stirred for another 5-7 minutes, lid cover the first 10 min.
Put the vegetables taste, who likes what more. Every time I put in a different way. The photo shows the cooking time (without slicing vegetables), so I gave it to cool (on the balcony) and added in the cooled vinaigrette: onion + pickles + sauerkraut. Only 27 min it took me.
