Liver and Berlin
This recipe is one of my favorite, delicious, beautiful, unique dish, easy to prepare. Believe me, it is eaten even by those who don't like liver (received yesterday my empty plate from under the impressive slides of this dish, my husband asked: You don't like liver??? Response: but this is a delicious liver... ). Source: my notebook.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Liver (I had beef) cut into portions pieces, beats through the film, envelops in flour, fry in vegetable oil, when one side is browned, salt and pepper, and then turn over (so the liver will be more tender than if you add salt at once). Remove on a paper towel to leave excess oil.

Apples cut into slices, chkorotsku can be cleaned. Drain the oil it was fried liver and fried apples (which is in this oil, need to be soaked liver spirit), over medium heat until soft, being careful not to was falling apart.

Remove, arrange the onion, cut into rings, sprinkle with salt, add the paprika and curry, stirring constantly, fry it to the point where it will leave a bitterness, and it begins to become softer, but still a little crispy, as if almost ready. Bow already soaked liver-Apple juice.

Put all on a dish in this order: apples - liver - onions and place in the microwave for literally 2-3 minutes (700), in the oven for 5-7 minutes 175 (to put in a ceramic bowl, which can be used in the oven). Take out and enjoy. Bon appetit!!!
