There are a large number of similar recipes, but I have never met. It is good for its simplicity and wonderful taste. And vodka... irreplaceable appetizer!!!
Ingredients

Eggplant

Garlic

Onion
-
Greens
-
Vegetable oil

Mayonnaise
Cooking
Cut eggplant lengthwise into thin strips. RUB with salt and leave them for 10-15min. Then wash off the salt. (Do this in order, went to the bitterness).
Fry eggplant until Golden brown.
Finely chop the onion and fry. Also finely chop the garlic and herbs. Roasted eggplant smeared with mayonnaise, sprinkle with fried onions, garlic and herbs, and turn.
That's all! A great appetizer is ready!
