Cooking
The dish is cooked really fast and we are left with fragrant rice with vegetables, poached chicken breast and burning the Mole sauce! Very tasty! First, pour the water (Jamie advises immediately pour the boiling water, that's went faster), added a chicken cube.
While the broth is boiling, slice 2 medium carrots. Put it into the broth.
2 green onions cut the same way. Put it into the broth.
After the Bulgarian pepper. Cut coarsely and put it into the broth.
Our broth is cooked. Can add favorite spices.
Boil the basmati rice - it is very fragrant, mmm... the ratio of 1:2 (rice:water)
Into the broth put chicken fillet. I cut each breast in half. Cover with a lid. And cook until done, while we make the sauce. At the end of cooking the chicken add the green peas.
For the sauce chop 2 bunches of green onions, 2 heads of garlic, half the chilli. (I threw a whole was very serious). A tablespoon of peanut butter. (By the way, you can make yourself - you only need peanuts and a blender. Fill it with peanuts and grind, about 10 minutes. At first it will seem that nothing happens, but then the nuts will start to secrete oil, and all contact together - into a paste.)All that we send into the blender, add 200 ml of boiling water. Salt. And grind. Still have Jamie there is a pepper ancho, but unfortunately, I didn't find in our stores such.
Pour the mixture of blender on a heated pan. Let some of the liquid evaporated.
Kyparissia pour the sauce back into the blender, add chocolate tbsp cocoa without sugar and a secret from James - 3 cm banana to put it together.
Grind until smooth. Our Mole sauce with chocolate - ready!
