Chicken liver in milk with onions
Just to prepare. Useful for health. Perfect for those who are involved in sports and keeping fit.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    1 kg

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Coriander

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Liver wash, cut into, pour the milk and leave in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic. Chop the onion and celery.

Heat the oil in a pan (butter or vegetable). First fry the garlic, then add onions and celery.

When the onion has turned Golden brown, add the liver, previously draining the milk. Brown the livers on all sides. Then add a little water, salt, spices, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.

Options for garnish: rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, steamed vegetables.
