Lemonade with black currant
The summer heat, it's time to make home-made lemonade. I cooked with black currants but you can use any berries and fruits. The proportions of sugar and berries can be changed to your liking.

1. First you need to pick currants. This year a good yield and large berries.

2. Lemons a good wash in hot water with baking soda to remove the wax coating. For lemonade, I took a fruit sugar company Mistral.

3. With lemon to remove the zest. Then squeeze the juice. In a bucket pour a glass of water, add sugar and zest. Bring to boil and boil for a few minutes. Wash currants, place into pot and mash, I used kartofelina.

4. Pour the hot syrup into the pitcher with currants, leave to cool slightly. Then add the lemon juice. We got a concentrated flavored syrup. Now you need to add water to your liking. For a sweeter lemonade, you can take 1.5 liters of water (can be sparkling). Drink to drain and cool.
