Cooking
Sesame fry in a dry frying pan until Golden brown.
Potatoes thoroughly wash, wipe dry and cut in half lengthwise
In refractory form, pour vegetable oil, pour the potatoes and accurately mix, salt. Then each half slit to dip in the sesame seeds and laid, preferably in a single layer.
Garlic clear from the top (non-edible) layer and cut into thin slices (you can not cut). Lay between the potatoes in the form, send it in the oven and bake at 180 deg. 30 minutes until Golden brown.
