Pasties zucchini
It was the season of young zucchini, and I want to share with you a favorite recipe of pasties from them. Thanks MAGGI filling for the Pickle, filling has become more rich in taste and spicy.

Ingredients

  • Dressing

    3 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Green onions

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dill

Cooking

Prepare the filling. Take any ground meat on request and availability, I have a pig. In vegetable oil fry the mince for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add the spring onions with the white part, stir.

Take MAGGI Dressing for the Pickle.

Add dressing to the fried meat, stir. No salt, also enough seasonings in the dressing.

Simmer the meat for 2 minutes on medium heat with the lid closed. Remove to cool.

Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.

Add the finely chopped onions and dill.

Put the yogurt, egg, salt.

Add flour.

All mix well. The dough should be thinner than for pancakes.

Take a small pan, I Heated a diameter of 18 cm, liberally lubricated with oil. Pour the batter from the zucchini with a ladle.

When the batter starts to set, put on one half of the stuffing, leaving the edges.

Bend the empty half of the "pancake" to the ground meat is pressed against the blade. With the lid closed a few minutes on medium heat bring the pasties until tender. Also repeat with the remaining pasties. I got 6 pieces from this quantity of dough and stuffing.

Serve pasties immediately hot, they are very delicate. It is well suited sour cream, ketchup. Bon appetit!
