Cooking
I have a large young squash, with a length of 35 cm and a diameter of 15 cm;
Zucchini well washed and cut in half lengthwise, it should be done carefully as the skin of the zucchini is very solid and sharp knife;
If zucchini is not exactly on the peel, then make a small cut on the back side for stability;
Using a spoon, remove all the soft contents of the zucchini;
To prisolit inside of the zucchini and set aside until the side;
Boil the rice in salted water until soft, rinse;
Minced salt, add the chopped onion and nutmeg, stir;
In the pub at half height of the pocket to put the stuffing;
In figure put the mushrooms, cut in half;
Sour cream mixed with soy sauce;
Zucchini spread on a greased baking sheet; Spoon pour cream sauce zucchini; Sprinkle with paprika;
Cook at 200 degrees until soft zucchini (you can check with a skewer);
