Meat layered
This dish for meat eaters! Very tasty! Still: in one dish beef, pork and chicken, and even with layers of roasted mushrooms, onion and cheese on top of the cap. Well, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

Fillet of each species divided into three parts, beat each piece with two sides. Salt and pepper to taste.

A mixture of butter and sunflower oil to fry mushrooms, sliced plates. Sauteed mushrooms remove from the pans.
