Tomatoes in cheese batter
This year we have a terrific crop of tomatoes, some specimens weighing up to 800 g. And the great thing is that they taste just honey. Love the variety of fruit in the batter, I decided to attach and tomatoes, only in cheese batter. Turned out just great!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Garlic

  • Salt

Tomatoes for a few seconds, pour over boiling water, peel. Cut into slices or slices depending on the shape and size.

Prepare the batter: grate the cheese on a small grater, whisk eggs. Mix cheese, eggs, sour cream (mayonnaise), salt. The batter turns out thick.

The tomatoes and season with salt and sprinkle with a little paprika and dried garlic. Take tomatoes, put on the batter, with a spoon pour on top of the pile of batter, then spoon turn over the tomatoes in the pan (vegetable oil).

Top if you want add more of the cheese mass. It spreads out and completely enveloped the tomato. Fry on medium heat until it will turn brown on both sides.
