Bagels with garlic and rosemary
Surprisingly soft delicate taste, incredibly flavorful bagels with garlic and rosemary. Thanks to mashed potatoes in the dough stay fresh for several days.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Yeast

    15 г

  • Milk

  • Salt

    0.5 ч. л.

  • Mashed potatoes

Prepare mashed potatoes, cooled.

In a bowl sift flour, add mashed potatoes, salt, sugar, milk, yeast, egg.

Knead the dough.

Grind the rosemary and garlic and add to the pastry.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 2 hours.

During this time the dough should double in size. We divide the dough into three parts. Roll out each and cut into 8 triangles.

Turn the bagels. Greased egg.
