Buns with garlic
The recipe I found in a magazine, but changed it a little bit. This is no ordinary pastries. Stuffing consists of garlic, and Adygei cheese sauce (adjika).

Ingredients

  • Turmeric

    1 ч. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Yeast

    1 ст. л.

  • Cheese

  • Adjika

  • Garlic

Take a deep bowl, there pour 1 tbsp. of yeast and pour a glass of warm milk. Put in a warm place for 30 minutes, cover it with a towel. Add one egg, 1 tsp turmeric, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil, 4 cups flour and knead well the dough.

So it is not sticking to hands. Cover it with a towel and leave for 1.5 hours.

While you can prepare the filling. Grate cheese.

Peel the garlic. Chop it up.

Egg yolk is whipped with ketchup and add the chopped garlic.

After the dough has risen. Roll the dough to a thickness of 7-9 mm.
