Filler pie with mushrooms and potatoes
Pie may be an independent second dish for lunch or a full dinner.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

  • Flour

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Flour, margarine, buttermilk, eggs, baking powder, and salt knead the dough and put it in the fridge.

Chop the onion and fry it in sunflower oil.

Cut mushrooms and also fry in butter separately from the bow.

Potatoes peel and cut into sticks.

Cut tomatoes into slices.

Greens finely chop.

Roll the dough and spread in a greased form.

Pour in batter potatoes, salt and pepper.

On top of potatoes pour the fried mushrooms, then fried onions.

On top lay slices of tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs.

Beat eggs with sour cream, yogurt, salt, pepper, flour and starch.

Pour this mixture into the pie and put in the oven for 50 minutes.
