Sift the dry ingredients. Then sift again into a protein mass. Mix gently. Pour onto a baking sheet with pergamentom. Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C on a good parchment or silicone Mat to dry skewers.
Flip the cake, remove the parchment, cover with a towel and roll it up. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Kurd, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar (to taste, I did not add it), spread the cooled cake. Wrap loaf in foil and put into the fridge for an hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste. Bon appetit!
