Cooking
Prepare the dough according to your favorite recipe. I do checked my recipe - heat 200ml of milk, add 50g of vegetable oil, 1tbsp. L. sugar and sachet (11g) of dry yeast, mix and leave for 5 minutes. Then add 1H. tsp salt, 1tbsp. L. sugar and a sachet (10g) of baking powder. Mix, add the flour (about 500-600g). Knead soft dough, cover with a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare the currants, remove the stems.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll out on one edge to pour the sugar.
Put the nuts and currants.
Leave for 10 minutes for proofing. Bake in heated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.
