Lean banana muffins
These muffins are not only delicious but also very useful. Bananas contain a number of vitamins, but their main advantage is potassium. Even bananas contain natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose along with fiber. And Flaxseed, which contains omega-3, fitoestrogeny, fiber, macro - and microelements: magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese; vitamins A, B1, E, F. And cereal, chemical composition of which includes all important components: potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, chromium, iron, manganese, iodine, fluorine and many others.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 шт

  • Flax seeds

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Flour

    1,5 стак.

  • Leavening agent

    2 ч. л.

  • Oat flakes

    1 стак.

  • Salt

    1/4 ч. л.

  • Water

    3 ст. л.

Cooking

First soak the flax seeds in 3 tbsp of boiling water.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and oatmeal.

Bananas knead into a puree, add to the bananas the butter, and flax seeds. Mix well.

Mix with mashed banana and flour mixture. The dough mixes easily with a spoon.

With hands moistened in water, to form rolls of any shape. Pour into pan and bake in a preheated 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
