  • Black pepper

The Mistral rice Basmati boil to readiness, to salt.

To the rice add boiled and chopped pieces of shrimp.

On the table lay out 4 sheets of phyllo dough, brush with melted butter.

Centered in the middle put 2 fish fillet ( I got wonton), season the fish.

On top of the fish to distribute a layer of rice with shrimp and in the centre lay a chain of boiled and peeled quail eggs.

Roll tight roll, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200 C for 30 min.
