Description
As it so happened, that one day with my son read Chukovsky's "Crocodile", went to the Museum to see the living crocodile, and in the evening shown here is a miracle Yudo. Here we have "crocodile" the day turned out! The dough recipe is simple and quick. I really like their use. I hope will be helpful.

Cooking
Mix all ingredients for the dough in the bowl and allow to stand for 15 min.
Toss and add salt, oil and flour. Knead in the bowl, then on the table. The dough is soft, elastic, pliable.
You get this ball, cover and allow to rest.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry in sunflower oil with minced vegetables, diced. I had a cauliflower previously boiled 5 min. Salt, pepper or other spices to your taste.
Detachable small piece of dough to form the eyes and legs. Roll the dough in the form of drops, make cuts on both sides, spread the filling and sprinkle with herbs (I dill).
Formed crocodile, do legs, eyes, scissors make the teeth, lubricated yolk and the oven. Because the filling is ready, bake for 20 mins until Golden brown test.
Here's a crocodile turned out.
