Cooking
1. Mince and finely chopped onion fry separately in butter, combine. 2. Add the chopped greens, grated on a coarse grater cheese, egg, salt and mix well. 3. Roll the dough on one half put the filling, cover the second half and well stung. Prick in several places with a fork, brush with beaten egg and lay on a greased baking sheet (or on parchment paper). 4. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 min.
P. S. In the absence of the greens and ground beef I used Basil instead of parsley, onions instead of green onions and pork, cut into small cubes instead of ground beef. The puff pastry was bought in a Turkish shop specifically for baklawa. But I think from the supermarket, the dough would be more elaborate.
