Easter puff pastry with marmalade
Bread turns out very tender and fluffy inside. No one can remain indifferent. I recommend to anyone!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

  • Milk

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

  • Vinegar

    1 ч. л.

  • Sunflower oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Flour

    500 г

  • Leavening agent

    1 ч. л.

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 пакет.

  • Butter

    50 г

  • Marmalade

    150 г

  • Raisins

    50 г

  • Chocolate milk

    30 г

  • Water

    100 мл

  • Topping pastry

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Yolk egg
