Very tasty cake with fruit and fragrant with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Flour

Combine dry and liquid ingredients. The dough is well mixed. It was not thick.

Prepared apples and pears for the filling.

The dough is laid out on a baking sheet with parchment paper and flattened it. ( The dough is much thicker batter, if possible, the dough is very thick, add liquid.) Spread sliced apples and pears on the dough and sprinkle brown sugar.

On top of sugar abundantly sprinkled ground cinnamon.

Put the baking sheet in the oven to pre-heat it to 180 degrees. The pie was baked about 30 minutes. 10 minutes before finishing baking temperature is switched to 150 degrees.

The cooled cake was cut into 30 servings, 5 x 6. Tray size of 42 x 42.
