Knead the dough from the yogurt (can be plain water), butter, eggs, salt and flour. Cover with a napkin to ever 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing of your favorite meat, onions and grated raw potatoes. Add potatoes reduces the cost of food, less juice that likes my kids, and generally delicious, especially for those who loves meat.
Roll out the dough into one direction and spread out the stuffing with a spoon in a checkerboard pattern.
Close the stuffing dough and cut out a semicircle (the special stamp or just a glass). If you use the glass too presidnete region.
Fry in well heated oil until done (nice Golden brown)
