Bread wheat-rye with herbs
Want to offer a bread recipe for a bread machine with a set of herbs. I like this bread baking in the oven, but the proportions of flour were others on this in the recipe amount of liquid. But to bake bread in the HP is still the recipe I failed. So I decided to put a slightly different version.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 г

  • Rye flour

    200 г

  • Yeast

    2 ч. л.

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

  • Salt

    2 ч. л.

  • Water

    320 мл

  • Vegetable oil

    90 мл

  • Vinegar

    1 ст. л.

  • Vodka

    1 ст. л.

  • Spices

    2 ст. л.

All the ingredients are put in HP according to the instructions. I first backfilled with dry, then liquid. Put the key and mode RAISIN ( with additives) to select the desired crust.

When mixing the dough I recommend to open the cover and follow the process. To form the bun.

The baking process lasts for 4 hours. Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack
