Bread with spinach and goat cheese
Wheat bread made from two flours with fresh spinach, soft goat cheese and Adygei salt on the serum. Fragrant, green and airy. Help yourself!!! Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Goat cheese

    90 г

  • Brown sugar

  • Salt

    2 ч. л.

  • Spinach

    100 г

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Serum

    300 мл

  • Yeast

    2 ч. л.

Prepare all the ingredients. The serum is heated to 40-45*.

Wash and dry spinach. Spread the spinach in the bowl of a blender and add the vegetable oil.

Grind until a homogeneous mass. Add soft goat cheese. Again grind to a paste.
