I have finally mastered my bread machine and now every morning enjoy the aroma of fresh bread. I want to share the best in my opinion recipes (from books for my CPS), including some of my improvements.

Cooking
The first step change mechanical scale to electronic:) didn't think it mattered to a degree, but once I did I began to turn and smooth the top. Your prescription is written for flour, but I used whole wheat. I don't know what the difference is between them. Measured everything exactly, with bread the only way to gomulicki...
In the Cup CP are laying the products in the sequence (each CP has their own): water, salt and sugar. Then add the flour (make sure to sift the flour) and yeast.
Nuts (hazelnuts or walnuts) chop, in flour and crumb bigger. It is better to fry a little before that. Add on top of everything and send the Cup into HP. Choose the program. I program 9. Weight 750g of bread, crust color light (my HP is much seariver, weak crust I have a very crunchy).
Three hours later, here's the beauty. I usually put the program delayed start and instead of an alarm clock wakes me up in the morning, the aroma of toasted crust...
Very soft and airy crumb.
