These February weekend, so I wanted something summery, juicy, flavorful. I searched their recipes and found... something composed. Maybe my result is far from classical French, but my pears turned out so bright and gorgeous! The combination of crispy puff pastry with juicy caramel and brandy flavor granted the wish of me and my favorite.

Cooking
The ingredients that we need.
Peel the pears, leaving the stems. Nizhny part cut off that pear was.
Roll the pears in the sugar, sprinkle with brandy and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Roll out the dough into rectangles the size sufficient to wrap the pear, the tail will be let outside.
Brush with yolk and put in a baking dish, sprayed lightly with oil. Bake at 220ºc.
