Cooking
First prepare the dough. Yeast breed in warm water.
Cereal pour into blender and break into grains.
In a large bowl mix the sifted flour and crushed cornflakes.
Add the egg, salt, sugar, butter, milk and diluted in water yeast. Knead the dough.
Spread the dough on podpylenny flour Board and knead thoroughly.
The ready dough put in a bowl and remove for 30 minutes in the heat.
Half an hour later approached the dough and remove again embrace in heat.
After an hour, our dough is a perfect fit. Start doing rolls.
Divide the dough into pieces of 50-60g, roll into balls and put in a deep form. I have a split form with a diameter of 25cm. Put the scones close to each other. Cover the form with cling film and remove for 20 minutes to heat. I do it in the oven at 50C with the door ajar.
While rolls rise, make the filling. In melted butter add the soy sauce and herbs. Stir.
Then to the butter add sour cream, milk and sifted flour. Stir thoroughly. Fill ready.
The buns have risen. Remove the foil, generously distributed on all rolls to fill. I did this with a silicone brush. Again close the foil and put the heat on in the proofing for another 30 minutes.
Approached rolls you can sprinkle sesame seeds, who loves. We put our buns in a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.
