Crunch with condensed milk and nuts
Crunch (or Cranz) is a roll made from yeast dough, assembled from 2 incised parts. Bake in round or rectangular form. Such cakes are perfect for Easter table

Ingredients

  • Flour

Mix the flour, salt and yeast.

Add both kinds of sugar

Next add the egg and milk. Mix (you can use a mixer on medium speed) until a homogeneous mass.

Should get a homogeneous, soft and elastic dough. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
