I live in a small town where selling not to find buns for the burgers, but McDonald's and other similar establishments is not in sight. But the husband and children I love all kinds of hamburgers and cheeseburgers. Has been tried many recipes and I chose this. The buns are soft, and most importantly - thin.

Cooking
1. Warm milk, 1 egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, flour and dry yeast and mix well until a thick dough. I use a mixer with attachments for the test. You can use a bread machine or the old fashioned way of rukomet )).
2. Cover the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for proofing for 1 hour. 3. An hour later the dough is well to press down. Again cover with a towel and place in warmth for 1 hour. 4. After a time divide the dough into 8 parts. To form each ball. With a rolling pin roll out the ball into a pancake thickness of 0.5-1 cm.
5. Put the buns on a baking sheet and let rise in warm 30 minutes. Lubricate them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
6. The buns are folded into a saucepan with a dry towel and cover with a lid. Allow them to cool down (this makes the crust soft). 7. Cut the roll along and build the Burger with your favorite toppings. This time I did the bun - sauce - lettuce - pickled onions - the Burger - cheese - grilled tomato - sauce - bun.
