Nutty, soft bread rolls with whole wheat flour, wild rice. Delicious, healthy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 г

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    100 г

  • Peanuts

    60 г

  • Wild rice

    80 г

  • Olive oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Milk

    100 мл

  • Sugar

    20 г

  • Yolk egg

    1 шт

  • Yeast

    4 г

  • Salt

Boil wild rice until tender.

Take the paste: mix the flour, add salt, sugar, yeast. Make a hole in the middle pour the warm milk and egg yolk, olive oil. Knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Add peanuts and rice, gently mesuem in the dough.

Give the dough a ball shape and let it rise in a warm place until increase in 2 times.

Approaching divide the dough into 6 pieces.

Form the balls and roll out to thickness of 0,5-1 cm.

Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked.
