In warm water dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar.
Let stand for 15-20 minutes before the appearance of yeast "cap".
In a bowl, mix two kinds of flour and bran, add salt and 1 tsp sugar. Mix well.
To combine yeast and flour part, add the vegetable oil. Knead smooth, dont stick to hands dough (for podpili it took me approximately 1 tbsp flour). Knead well the dough for 4-5 minutes.
Roll "bun" dough with vegetable oil, put in a bowl and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours cover with a cloth.
The dough increased in volume.
Abenaim the dough, divide into 6 parts. Roll out one portion into a long "sausage".
