Ingredients

  • Flour

For the dough: in warm milk add yeast and sugar. Pour in the yogurt. Add the egg, melted butter, salt.

To prepare this test, I used cane sugar, T. M. Mistral.

Thoroughly knead the dough. The dough was very soft and tender. Leave the dough in a warm place, it should increase significantly.
