Cooking
In warm water dissolve yeast with sugar. Add 1 tbsp. of flour and vanilla sugar. Leave for 15 mins to come.
Boiled beets grate on a fine grater and squeeze. Raw carrots and pumpkin also RUB on a small grater. Pumpkin squeeze.
Divide approached the dough into 3 parts, each to connect with beetroot, pumpkin and carrots.
Then, for each of the portions add the flour to obtain a soft elastic dough. More flour will go into the beet and pumpkin seed dough.
To form buns and put on the delay until the plate heats up. Lubricate with water and bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees (depends on plate).
