Cinnamon rolls. On my list of recipes to eat cinnamon rolls, but without the glaze. Youngest son loves chocolate, and these muffins I did for him.

Cooking
Put the yeast, sugar in a bowl and broke the eggs and poured the warm milk. Well stirred. Sifted 150 g of flour and added salt. Mix the contents of the bowl, covered with film and placed on a warm radiator.
After 20 minutes the rest of the sifted flour and vymenila dough. Top poured sunflower oil and put on the radiator. An hour later I remembered the test and began preparing biscuits. The dough is laid out on the table and roll with a rolling pin in the form of a square. Flour spiked. Smeared the rolled out dough with melted butter, sprinkled the cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Because I wanted the brioche was soft, twisted tight roll. The roll was cut into several parts.
The pan was covered with parchment paper and spread out rolls. Put them bake in a preheated 180 degree oven
The buns have risen and flushed. After 25 minutes the rolls are pulled from the oven.

Cooked chocolate icing. Poured into a bowl in 30 ml of milk and put 100 g of broken chocolate. Melted it in the microwave and smeared them buns. Have done the same thing with the rest of the rolls.
Crushed toasted pistachios and sprinkled them not yet hardened chocolate.
Unrefined cane sugar Demerara TM "Mistral", which I used in the dough and the filling.
