Cooking
For preparation of biscuits the dough must be defrosted in advance. For the filling crush the garlic, finely chop the Basil leaves ( without stems ). Mash cheese, mix with Basil, garlic and half sour cream. Lightly stir the egg, add to the cheese mass, and pepper. If the cheese is unsalted - salt.
Roll the dough out to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Spread the filling evenly, retreating from the edges of 1 cm.
To roll the dough into a fairly tight roll and cut crosswise into 12 pieces. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease a rectangular shape. To put it in rolls cut up. Prepare the sauce: beat with a fork yolks with the remaining sour cream, salt, season with paprika. Grease the buns with this mixture.
Bake scones until done. I have during the cooling-down one bun miraculously disappeared.
